Phases 2 and 3 being <br />reimbursable as advanced by the City and completed by the contractor. <br />(Similar to Federal Aide urban projects F.A.U.) <br />Staff has advertised and received the attached list of bidders for Phase 1. <br />All bids have been reviewed by the States Community Development Block Grant <br />Program Staff and local City staff, and if Council concurs staff would <br />recommend selection of Hill Crest Contracting in the amount of $627,999.12 <br />for construction of Phase 1 S.
