CITY OF COLTON <br />COUNCIL AGENDA ITEM <br />JULY 20, 1993 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: JOHN HUTTON <br />PUBLIC WORKS <br />�pene a'Y <br />• 1687 <br />• to <br />0 <br />DATE: July 13, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE THE ANNUAL ENGINEERS REPORT AND <br />CONFIRM THE ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993-94, FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT. <br />On April 6, 1993 the City Council adopted Resolution No. R-20-93 ordering the <br />preparation of the Annual Engineer's Report and intent to set a Public <br />Hearing related to the annual levying of assessments for the Landscape <br />Maintenance District No. 1. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The City's consultant engineer has prepared the report for Fiscal Year 1993- <br />94. The report, in its entirety, is on file with the City Clerks Office. An <br />excerpt of that report has been included as part of the agenda package. <br />Published Notice has been given as required by Section 6061 of the Government <br />Code and record of this action is with the City Clerk Office. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />No Financial Impact to the City of Colton. <br />At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, staff would recommend adoption of <br />the resolution approving the annual engineers report and confirm the <br />assessments for F.Y. 93/94 Landscape Maintenance District. <br />r <br />City Manager Concurrence:��' <br />DJ:AGENDA <br />SX10, <br />
