RAMOS#J <br />SUBJECT: City Clerk Date: <br />CLAIMS OF CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO (JOHN 5-25-93 <br />SPELLACY), AND HELEN NAVARETTE <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and <br />efficient handling of Liability Claims against the City of <br />Colton, the attached reports has been received from the City's <br />Liability Insurance Administrator. <br />STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: <br />Claimants have filed Claims against the City.
