Drews, Electric Utility Director <br />SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR APPROVAL To FILE AND RECORD NOTICE OF DATE: 5/17/93 <br />COMPLETION FOR ELECTRIC SUBSTATION BLOCK WALL <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Electric Department has had the ongoing g g project of building a block wall. <br />addition to the main Substation. We are required to file a Notice of Completion <br />at the conclusion of a project. Substantial completion was accomplished on March <br />25, 1993. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The construction costs were: <br />Original Contract $33,800.00 <br />*Change Order 2.460.00 <br />Total Cost $36,260.00 <br />*The change order was for 2 feet of additional wall height required around <br />high voltage line(s). <br />RECOMMENDATION - <br />Staff recommends approval to file and record the necessary Notice of Completion <br />on the above stated project. <br />City Manager's Concurrence: / <br />The Notice of Completion is on file with the City Clerk's office for your review. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />_a x <br />Item No. <br />
