RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: San Salvador Catholic Church Annual Fiesta <br />Background: <br />The attached letter from San Salvador Catholic Church, datedApril 27, 1993, was received <br />requesting City assistance/ services for its Annual Parish Fiesta to be held August 7 & 8, 1993. <br />Discussion: <br />The request from San Salvador was directed to affected departments for their review and <br />coordination of services to be provided. All departments have reviewed requests and are able <br />to provide the support services requested. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of San Salvador Church's request for services for its Annual Fiesta <br />City Manager's Concurrence: <br />
