R-35-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON, C LIFORNIA, <br />ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF WESTERLY 275 <br />FOOT PORTION OF ALLEY BOUNDED WESTERLY BY <br />NINTH STREET, EASTERLY BY TENTH STREET, BETWEEN <br />"G" STREET AND "H" STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Colton as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Colton having <br />elected to proceed under the -provisions of Section 8300 et seq. <br />of the Streets and Highways Code of the 3tate of California, and <br />having held a public herein gas provided therein, hereby finds <br />from all the evidences submitted that the Westerly 275 foot <br />portion of alley bounded westerly by Ninth Street, easterly by <br />Tenth Street between "G" Street and "H11 <br />Street described as <br />follows: <br />That particular east west 20 foot wide alley situated in <br />Block 96 Colton Addition, as Recorded in Map Book 9 Page <br />37,, Records of San Bernardino County, State of California. <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes and <br />the public interest and convenience requires the closing of said <br />alley. <br />Section 2.
