Other provisions of this title notwithstanding, the city council may, <br />23 <br />by resolution, waive the requirement for a parcel map, tentative and final map ;for <br />24 <br />a single parcel subdivision for the conversion of an existing mobilehome park to <br />25 <br />condominiums. <br />26 <br />27 <br />16.27.020.
