On January 28, 1993, General Services advertised for <br />sealed bids for this requirement. Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m., <br />February l7, 1993, in the General Services office. <br />DISGUSSION <br />Two bids were received and evaluated. A Sid Analysis is attached <br />showing the property address and Accessor's Parcel Number along with <br />t`he price submitted by each vendor. The lowest vendor's price is <br />uinderlined for each propexty. There has been a permit obtained for <br />the demolition of Item #4, 552 N.
