Chance in the <br />Amount of $10,551.96 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Date: April 27, 1993 <br />The Electric Department has a requirement for two, three-phase pad - <br />mounted load interrupter switches. On April 13, 1993, General <br />Services advertised for sealed bids for these requirements. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Bid opening was held at 4:00 p.m., April 26, 1993, in the General <br />Services office. Four bids were received and evaluated. A Bid <br />Analysis is attached for your review. The recommended vendor's <br />price is underlined. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends bid award for the padmounted laod interrupter <br />switches to A.B.Chance in the amount of $10,551.96. <br />Report prepared by: Mary J.
