RAMOS <br />City Clerk Date: <br />SUBJECT: CLAIMS OF JOHN TINYES, CAL WEST ADJUSTERS, 4-20-93 <br />STEVEN GREEN <br />BACKGROUND• <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper <br />and efficient handling of Liability Claims against the City <br />of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the <br />City's Liability Insurance Administrator. <br />STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: <br />Claimants have filed Claims against the City. Evaluation <br />of these Claims reflect these cases would be of highly <br />questionable or no liability on the part of the City. <br />Staff recommend the Claims be rejected to commence the <br />Statute of Limitations. <br />CONCUR <br />Attachments. <br />Page t of. - Item No. <br />
