State of California, and is conversant with, and understands the amount <br />and character of the same. The undersigned has examined the site of the proposed work <br />and is familiar with the local conditions at the place where the work is to be done. <br />The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, <br />apparatus, facilities and transportation necessary to complete all work in the strict <br />conformity with the drawings and specifications of, and under the supervision of the Water <br />Utilities Manager or other representative of the City of Colton, at the prices listed <br />below.
