Honorable Mayor and <br />Mmbers of the City Council, MEMO <br />Page 2 <br />Mr. Rios likewise spent several years providing the leadership <br />necessary to assure that the Colton Youth Soccer League would <br />continue to operate successfully, both from a progrmn and financial <br />perspective. He currently is working with the Ken Hubbs Little <br />League to assure the score level of success. <br />Recomrendation: It is respectfully recannended that the City <br />Council honor these individuals by presenting their plaques at the <br />Council Meeting. <br />It is further recommended that Mayor Gonzales present his <br />Recreation Commission representative, Sal Rios, his plaque and that <br />Councilwomm Cook present Mr. Hernandez his award. Mrs. Cook <br />accepted the plaque for Mr. Hernandez at the C.P.R.S. Dinner. <br />KH:mm <br />
