NOTICE INVITING BIDS <br />WESTSIDE COMMUNITY PARR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pubic Works Director, on behalf of <br />and as authorized by the CITY OF COLTON, State of California, will <br />open sealed bids on May 10, 1993 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. <br />Said bids will be opened at said time and the results will <br />thereafter be referred to the CITY COUNCIL for consideration at <br />their next regular meeting. Mailed bids should be addressed as <br />follows: <br />PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />650 N. La Cadena Drive <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />RE: WESTSIDE COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Earthwork, installation of AC pavement P.C.C. curb, P.C.C. SLABS, <br />Local Drainage Devices, Park Recreation Equipment, Drinking <br />Fountains. <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />All of the above work is to be done under contract in accordance <br />with those certain plans and specifications. <br />PROPOSALS <br />Proposals must be submitted on the blank forms prepared and <br />furnished for the purpose and which may be obtained at the City <br />Hall Reception Station. At said office, bidders must obtain copies <br />of the plans, profiles and specifications for the contemplated <br />improvement. <br />PRE-BID CONFERENCE <br />A Pre -Bid Conference will be held on May 5, 1993 at 1:00 p.m. <br />Conference is mandatory for Bidders attendance at The Westside <br />Community Park. <br />
