'Person' means an individual or firm, partnership, <br />3 corporation or similar organization. <br />4 <br />9.27.030 Graffiti -- Unlawful to avniv. <br />5 <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to apply graffiti to any <br />6 public or private property. <br />7 <br />9.27,.040 Implement -Possession --Minors. <br />8 <br />A. It shall be unlawful for any person 'under the age of 18 <br />9 years of age to possess any graffiti implement while upon public <br />property without the prior written consent of the City Manager. <br />10 <br />B. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 <br />11 years of age to possess any graffiti implement while upon private <br />property without the prior written consent of the private property, <br />12 1 owner. <br />13 C. The ,foregoing provisions shall not apply to any person <br />attending or travelling to or from a school at which he or she is <br />14 currently enrolled, if participating in a formally sanctioned' <br />school activity requiring the use of a graffiti implement. <br />15 <br />9.,27.050 implement Possession--Desitmated Public Places. <br />16 <br />No person shall have in his or her possession any graffiti <br />17 implement while in a public park, playground, swimming pool, <br />recreational facility or while loitering near an underpass, bridge <br />18 abutment, storm drain, sound wall, or similar type of public <br />infrastructure. <br />19 <br />20 9.27.060 Furnishing to Minors --Prohibited. <br />21 It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a parent or <br />legal guardian, to sell, exchange, give, loan, or otherwise <br />22 furnish, or cause or permit to be exchanged, given, loaned, or <br />otherwise furnished, any graffiti implement to any person under the <br />23 age of 18 years without the written consent of the parent or legal <br />guardian. <br />24 <br />9.27.070 Aerosol Paint Sales --Display Regulations. <br />25 <br />No person engaged in the commercial retail sale of aerosol <br />26 paint shall display or store for sale, trade or exchange, any such <br />paint accessible to the public without employee assistance.
