The recitals of this resolution are true and <br />correct and are incorporated herein by reference. The Resolution <br />of Intention adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br />San Bernardino (the "Board") and the work and improvements more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof are hereby approved. This Council hereby ratifies <br />such actions taken by the Board for the formation of such <br />assessment district. 6 <br />Section 2.
