++ CITY OF COLTON
AGENDA REPORT
for the City Council Meeting of August 6, 1996
TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council
APPROVAL: Malik D. Although the past
eight months have been difficult, the cemetery enterprise is on a positive track.
DISCUSSION:
One of the most important functions of the cemetery is proper records management.
Based on that, it seems more logical that the management of the cemetery enterprise
operate from under the City Clerk's Office.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: /
None.
Hq ' .Gab el, Economic Development 'rector
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council concur that the cemetery management is best suited to be operated
from under the City Clerk's office.
Report Prepared by: Candace Cassel -Short, Project Manager
ITEM NO. 24
