Evaluation of the claims reflects that these cases would <br />be highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Not applicable. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claims be denied to commence the Statute of Limitations. <br />GFH:amv <br />ITEM NO. 16 <br />
