The candidate being referred for Council ratification meets the <br />education and experience requirements as specified in the job description. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: This is a general fund position and is funded for the 1996-97 fiscal year as <br />follows: Account No. 01-2102-01 (salary) and Account No. 01-2102-10 (salary related benefits). <br />David G.
