<br />HUGO NEU-PROLER COMPANY, a joint venture composed of
<br />Hugo Neu & Sons, Inc., a New York corporation and Proler International
<br />Corporation, a Delaware corporation
<br />hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, hereby grants to the CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, a
<br />municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, an easement and right of way to construct,
<br />use, maintain, operate, alter, add to, repair, replace, reconstruct, inspect and remove at any
<br />time, and from time to time, overhead electric transmission and distribution lines and
<br />communications systems.
<br />Said systems and lines shall consist of towers, poles, wires, cables, guys and anchors, cross
<br />anus and/or other structures for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy and for
<br />communication purposes, and all necessary and proper foundations, footing, cross arms and
<br />other appliances and fixtures for use in connection with said towers, poles and/or other
<br />structures, wires and cables, which are necessary or useful for distributing electrical energy and
<br />for transmitting intelligence by electrical means, in, on, over, under, across and along that certain
<br />real property in San Bernardino County, California, described as:
<br />A certain portion of Lots 6 & 7, Tract No. 2433, as per the plat at Book 35 of
<br />Maps, page 14, Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, and as
<br />more particularly described in the deed to Hugo Neu-Proler Company, a joint
<br />venture, dated April 12, 1976, and recorded at Book 8912, Page 1340, Official
<br />Records of said county, as follows:
<br />That portion designated by Assessor's Parcel Number 163-141-18 at the time of
<br />execution of this instrument.
<br />The aforesaid easement area is described as follows:
<br />An easement ten feet (10� in width, being five feet (5') on either side of the
<br />centerline described in Exhibits A and B hereto, to a height of thirty feet (30)
<br />above the ground;
<br />An easement twenty-five feet (25) in width, being twelve and one-half feet
<br />(12.5') on either side of the centerline described in Exhibits A and B hereto,
<br />beginning at a height of thirty feet (30) above the ground.
