R-80-96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING THE REPROGRAMMING OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS FROM THE CDBG <br />CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PROJECT, "STREET <br />IMPROVEMENTS - AGUA MANSA ROAD." <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has identified the <br />area located at the northeast corner of 5th and Congress Streets as an area <br />requiring immediate street improvements, to include sidewalk, curb and <br />gutter; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that the proposed street <br />improvements at 5th and Congress Streets can best be accomplished by <br />allocating additional Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to <br />expand the scope of an existing CDBG approved project entitled, "Street <br />Improvements - Agua Mansa Road"; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to inform the San Bernardino County <br />Department of Economic and Community Development as to the request to <br />transfer funds from the Contingency Account to the project, "Street <br />Improvements - Agua Mansa Road.° <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton reprograms Community Development Block Grant funds in the <br />following manner: <br />1. Colton Contingency Account (transfer from) $11,396 <br />2.
