VEGA, FINANCE DIRECTOlk::),,,_._ SUBJECT: FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX IN COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NOS 87-1, 88-1 AND 90-1 DATE: JULY 9, 1996 BACKGROUND: By adoption of the attached ordinances the City Council will be authorizing the annual levy of special taxes within community facilitiedistrict 87-1, 88-1 and 90-1, for the current tax year 1996-97.
