VEGA, FINANCE DIRECTOlk::),,,_._ <br />SUBJECT: FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES AUTHORIZING THE LEVY OF A <br />SPECIAL TAX IN COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NOS 87-1, 88-1 <br />AND 90-1 <br />DATE: JULY 9, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />By adoption of the attached ordinances the City Council will be authorizing the annual levy of <br />special taxes within community facilitiedistrict 87-1, 88-1 and 90-1, for the current tax year <br />1996-97.
