La Cadena Dr <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />Landscape Maintenance Specifications <br />A. Turf <br />1 Mowing <br />a. Turf will be mowed and clippings removed on a weekly <br />basis. <br />b. Cool season turf will be cut at least two and one <br />half (2-1/2") inches during warm season and reduce <br />to two (2") inches during cool seasons. <br />C. warm season turf will be cut at one and one half <br />(1-1/2") inches. <br />d. Turf will be cut at a uniform height. <br />e. Turf will be cut with sharp blades. <br />f. Mowing patterns will be changes weekly to avoid <br />rutting of turf areas. <br />g. care will be exercised during the mowing operation <br />to prevent damage to trees and other obstacles <br />in the lawn areas such as electrical boxes, <br />fixtures, buildings and signage. <br />h. No mowing will be performed in wet conditions. <br />2. Edging <br />a. All turf edges adjacent to walks, curbs, paved <br />areas, fixtures at grade, and shrub or ground cover <br />areas will be trimmed with a power edger as needed <br />to maintain a crisp and neat appearance. <br />b. A six (6") inch bare drift buffer zone will be <br />maintained around the circumference of all trees, <br />buildings and raised fixtures in the turf. <br />P.O.
