HUTTON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOf — <br />SUBJECT: ACCEPT AND APPROVE THE STORM DRAIN EASEMENT <br />FROM RED'S DEVELOPMENT TRACT 15480-1 <br />DATE: JUNE 24, 1996 <br />There are four drainage easements required for recorded Tract No. 15480, Fairway Drive, that <br />were inadvertently left off of the final map. The easements are for drainage improvements that <br />convey storm water runoff from the upstream tributary land areas, through the tract, and into the <br />Flood Control Channel, attached as Exhibit A is a copy of the Grant of Drainage Easement. <br />SUMMARY <br />The applicant has submitted the required Grant of Drainage Easement. The document has been <br />reviewed by the City Engineering Office and meets with staff approval. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />There is no financial impact to the City. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept and approve the Storm Drain Easements from <br />Red's Development - Tract 15480-1 and authorize the City Clerk to execute the recording of the <br />document. <br />Attachment: Grant of Drainage Easement (Exhibit A) <br />ITEM 8 <br />
