The business is located in a 4800 <br />sq. ft. building in Frontier Town. The fire department <br />occupancy is.291 persons. <br />Hours Of Operation. <br />Thurs. 6pm- midnight <br />Fri 7pm- lam <br />Sat 7pm- lam <br />No alcohol will be served. 20 varitities of soft drinks in <br />cans. 16 and over with a strict dress code, no overly baggy <br />cloths, western attire is concidered appropriate. <br />Security: 2- security outside in the parking lotto insure no <br />drinking of alcoholic beverages. 5- security inside. There <br />is a re -admission charge to discourage people from going in <br />and out. All patrons entering the premises will be searched. <br />No loitering policy swill be in effect. <br />Experience: Owner Bill Thomas, also owns and operates The <br />Brandin Iron 320 South "E" Stret in San Bernardino in <br />operation since 10-92. The teen night promotion with No <br />alcohol served, has been successfully in operation for over 2 <br />years on Monday nights at The Brandin Iron. There have been <br />No police reports generated as a result of the teen night <br />promotion during this time. The Brandin Iron generates over <br />1.6 million in sales annually and is well known and respected <br />in the community it serves. <br />I hope the information presented meets with your approval.
