However, all Community Development Block Grant funded projects <br />require compliance with Federal and State environmental procedures prior to <br />implementation. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Three Year Cooperation Agreement with the County of <br />San Bernardino and the attached resolution. If Council concurs with staffs recommendation, <br />a motion to adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign the Three Year <br />Cooperation Agreement for the CDBG Program for Fiscal Years 1997-2000 would be in <br />order. <br />Report Prepared By: Andres L.
