Attached is the job <br />description for the classification. The salary range is $3,667 to $4,459 per month. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS <br />Recruitment for the position has been conducted. Oral examinations were held in May 1996. An <br />eligibility list was established the same month. The candidate being referred for Council ratification <br />meets the education and experience requirements as specified in the job description. <br />ALTERNATIVES - Not applicable. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />This position is approved for the Electric Department as of the 1995-96 Mid -Year budget review and <br />funding is continued for fiscal year 1996-97. <br />Electric Fund - Administration 20-5001-01 (Salary) and 20-5001-10 (Salary -related benefits) <br />-Q2,p- - <br />Thomas K.
