Although this matter is not within the direct jurisdiction of the Planning <br />Commission, the Commission did review staff's presentation and heard comments from the <br />public on this issue. The attache ordinance reflects the direction given to staff by the Planning <br />Commission for submission to the City Council. <br />Concurrence: <br />
