Moreno, and James Stephan - <br />Recommend Denial <br />DATE: September 24, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability Claims <br />i� against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DTSCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have each filed a claim against the City. Evaluation of the claims reflects that these cases <br />would be highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />FTNANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Not applicable. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claims be denied to commence the Statute of Limitations. <br />GFH:amv <br />ITEM N0. <br />
