CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For the Council Meeting of October 15, 1996 <br />To: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />From: Randy Anstine, Neighborhood Services Director <br />Subject: Use of Fleming Park - City of Colton Neighborhood Services <br />Date: September 25, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Neighborhood Services Department is seeking Council approval to utilize Fleming <br />Park, for the Annual Halloween Carnival. This is an annual event sponsored by the <br />department. The program will take place on October 31, 1996. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />This is a budgeted event. Funds for this program were approved in the FY 96/97 annual <br />budget. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the use of Fleming Park for the annual <br />Halloween Carnival. <br />/041\ ITEM NO. ll <br />
