NOTICE TO PUBLIC Staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item referred to, on the Agenda, are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspection. Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call the City Clerk at 370- 5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office. All matters listed under CONSENT CALENDAR are considered by the City Council to be routine and will all be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt unless Members of the Council, Staff or the Public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. (2) Warrants - Approval of Warrant Register dated 9/3/96, consisting of 8 pages; Warrant Register dated 9/5/96, consisting of 6 pages; Payroll Warrants Register dated 9/5/96, consisting of 11 pages, as recommended by the Director of Finance. (3) CDBQ - Approve the Re -Programming of $5,000 of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds from the Contingency Account to the "Senior Minor Home Repair Program", RESOLUTION NO. R-101-96. (4) Claims - Consider Claim Against the City by Monica Silva. Recommend Denial. (5) Notice of Completion - Final Acceptance of Encanto Court Water Line Replacement Project as 100% Complete, and Authorize the Interim Water and Wastewater Director to Issue a Notice of Completion. (6) Waiver of Fee - Request Waiver of $75 Fee for Use of Community Center Meeting Room by Retired California State Employees Association on Saturday, September 21, 1996. F)
