Evaluation of the claim reflects that this case would be <br />highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Not applicable. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claim be denied to commence the Statute of Limitations. <br />ITEM NO <br />
