AUU <8 1996 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ramon Hernandez, Chairperson-> <br />Colton Planning Commission <br />SUBJECT: Joint Meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission <br />DATE: August 27, 1996 <br />The Planning Commission is requesting that a ,joint meeting be convened with your <br />Honorable Council, at your earliest opportunity. The joint meeting/workshop held on <br />May 14, 1996, was extremely helpful in discussing mutual goals and objectives for the <br />City. However, there are some outstanding issues that require additional dialogue, as <br />well as, the need to establish a more defined role for the Commission. <br />Your attention regarding this matter is appreciated.
