1 <br />2 RESOLUTION NO. R-31-97 <br />3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />REVISING AND PRIORITIZING THE TYPES OF PROJECTS TO BE <br />4 FUNDED BY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br />5 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-98. <br />6 <br />7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into <br />8 a Cooperation Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to <br />9 receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and <br />10 WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton anticipates <br />11 receiving $368,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds for Fiscal <br />12 <br />Year 1997-98; and <br />13 <br />14 WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible <br />15 projects will be funded with CDBG funds. <br />16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />17 City of Colton revises and prioritizes projects and allocates CDBG funds for <br />18 Fiscal Year 1997-98 as listed in Attachment "A." <br />19 <br />20 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1" day of April, 1997. <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 KARL E.
