R-32-97 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON PURSUANT TO SECTION 13.04.020 OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE FOR WATER RATES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a general law city, duly organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of California and situated in the County of <br />San Bernardino, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has jurisdiction over <br />the implementation of, or changes, to the water rates. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, California, does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: <br />SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 13.04.020 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code, the following changes are hereby added: <br />The Water Rates shall be amended to include charges for water use <br />as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached herewith. <br />SECTION 2: Said rates to commence June 30, 1997, upon <br />passage of this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1 It day of April, 1997. <br />ATTEST: <br />Carolina Barrera <br />City Clerk <br />KARL E.
