FOR <br />PURPOSE OF QUIT CLAIMING THE EXISTING DEDICATED <br />STREETS TO SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />DATE: <br />July 23,1997 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract Map 15667, is a reversion to acreage, dissolving the old tract 14048 lot configuration to a <br />single parcel of land. The land is located on the Southeast corner of Randall Avenue and <br />Eucalyptus Avenue. Since the original tract had dedicated streets to the City of Colton it is <br />necessary for the City to quit claim these back to the Rialto Unified School District Facilities <br />Corporation, which now owns this parcel of land. <br />SUMMARY: <br />This map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and Local <br />Ordinances. A Grant Deed has been submitted and reviewed by the City Engineer. The <br />document is in order and the legal description correct. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Done <br />ENVIRONMENTAL: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve this map and authorize and approve the Grant <br />Deed for purpose of quitclaiming the streets to the Rialto Unified School District Facilities Corp. <br />Report prepared by James R.
