This year's <br />fundraising event will take place October 4th and 5th. As in previous years, we will be having <br />live entertainment, games, crafts, food, soft drinks and beer. We are requesting permission to <br />hold this event. We also ask the City of Colton to help provide the items listed below: <br />1. Additional street lighting; <br />2. Closing off the alley between "K" and "L" Streets; <br />3. Closing one block of "K" Street, east of 7th to the cul-de-sac; <br />4. The use of the City's portable stage <br />We expect approximately 1000 people to attend our event. We will provide security guards for <br />the duration of the fiesta. The festivities will begin Saturday, Oct 4th from 3:00pm to 11:00pm <br />and Sunday, Oct 5th from 1:00pm to 10:00pm. <br />Attached you will find a map of the designated area for the fiesta and the surrounding areas. <br />Please forward your response to Rosie Duran, our church secretary. <br />With the help of the City of Colton, we look forward to this fiesta celebration in the spirit of <br />community and family fun.
