Enterprises hereinafter referred to in the <br />masculine/singularas G.F.R. Enterprises (owner) <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, <br />(a) G.F.R. Enterprisesis the owner of certain real property <br />in the County of 'San Bernardino as more particularly hereinafter described; and, <br />(b) On or about the December 2 1997 , he applied for a sewer <br />connection for improvements on said real property; and, <br />(c) One of the conditions of the issuance of the said sewer connection was <br />for the annexation by him of said real property located at: <br />911 Grand Avenue, Colton, CA 92524; Lot 6, <br />Tract 4718, -Book -59, Page 68 of Misc. Maps; <br />APN: 274-131-37 ` ;and, <br />(d) It is deemed necessary at this time for said property to receive a sewer <br />connection; and, <br />
