City Council Meeting of December 16, 1997 <br />Change Order for Plan Check Services <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions: <br />• Authorize to contract with Wilidan Associates, in the amount of $20,000, for <br />Fiscal Year 1997-98, and waive the bid process <br />• Approve the use of the $10,000 remaining in the Professional Services Account, <br />• Approve the budget adjustment in the amount of $10,000, to be utilized for consulting plan <br />check services in the Building Division. <br />DRZ/kd <br />
