RESOLUTION NO. 97- 13 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SAN BERKARDINO INTERNATIONAL, <br />AIRPORT AUTHORITY APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 To A <br />CERTAIN LOAN AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Bernardino (the "County") <br />together with the Cities of Colton, San Bernardino, Loma Linda and <br />Highland (collectively, the current members of the S3IAA) (the <br />"Members") and the City of Redlands have' adopted a certain Joint <br />Exercise of Powers Agreement, as amended, dated as of May 20, 1992 <br />( the "JPA Agreement"),, creating the San Bernardino International <br />Airport Authority ("SBIAA") ; and <br />MMRBAS, the Members of the SBTAA previously entered into <br />a Lean Agreement (the "Loan Agreement") by and among the SBIAA and <br />each of such Members dated as of October 1, 1996, for the purpose <br />of funding a loan (the "Loans" or individually the "Loan") for the <br />operating and CaPital budget requirements of the SBIAA for the <br />1996-97 fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, the SHIAA. obtained funds through an actual Loan <br />from the County and the City of San Bernardino, together with the <br />cormitments from the cities of Highland, Loma Linda and Colton, to <br />fund their respective principal amounts by September 29, 1997, <br />pursuant to a Loan Agreement; and <br />1 <br />b0 3'Jtld vviaS/vaAI 90ZbZ8E606 Z0:01 L66T/91/ZZ <br />
