Per Diem Modifications <br />Page 3 <br />I would propose to put the above policy into formal form, for. action <br />at your September 5 meeting. It is important that we make the <br />required modifications to bring us into conformance with the <br />federal law as quickly as possible. If any of you have concerns <br />about this proposal, or would like any portions of it modified, <br />please let me know. There are probably other variations <br />of our options available; I have tried to design a policy and <br />procedure which can be accomodated by our existing accounting <br />system. It is also possible,'of course, to set the flat per them <br />amount at some higher or lower figure. <br />I would be happy to discuss this matter further with you at your <br />convience. <br />LAK: ms <br />3 <br />
