Cita of Colton <br />Number 5.02.050 <br />w Administrative .Policy <br />Date <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />Authority: City Council <br />SUBJECT: CITY COUNCIL MISCELLANEOUS <br />EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT <br />PURPOSE: Reimbursement of expenses incurred by City Council members for absences from <br />primary employment to perform City business. <br />POLICY:. The monthly stipend paid to City Council members is intended to defray incidental <br />costs incurred as an elected member of the City Council. Costs incurred for <br />temporary or substitute personnel are not considered incidental. The City of Colton <br />will reimburse City Council members for the costs of temporary or substitute ,- <br />personnel at a primary place of employment if said costs must be reimbursed to the <br />primary employer by the elected official. Maximum reimbursement allowable shall <br />be set at $100 per day.
