County of San Bernardino Project -'Reche Canyon road Improvements from Banas Road northerly to Colton City Limits near Placid Lane. Tim Wilson spoke to County Chief Design Engineer Tony Gray on 1-30-97 who reported that the County plans to have request for bids advertised in February1997; Bids received in March 1997 and anticipate construction to begin in May. Construction will take approximately 3 months. 2. DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FOR RECHE CANYON. Our GTS memo to you dated 1-17-97 may be a useful update on what the Flood Control/Transportation Department is doing or plans to do for us in Reche Canyon. No significant changes to date by the County Road Department are clearly evident in the Fern Avera {e and Shadid Drive areas. As reported in my subject memo, Director Miller and his staff will reassess these drainage conditions and report the status of their effort to us. Item No. 14
