CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 17 1997 <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER <br />13.16 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING SEWER <br />RATES FOR MULTI -FAMILY UNITS AND ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES <br />FOR ESTIMATING WASTEWATER FLOW FROM COMMERCIAL, <br />INDUSTRIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL USERS FOR CAPACITY CHARGES <br />however, Council's adoption of the guidelines would better assure continuity in setting <br />capacity charges. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The sewer revenue reduction as a result of changing the multi-fa'mily units would be <br />approximately $126,000 annually. There will be no changes in sewer development <br />revenue from ado ption of the guidelines. <br />Th'tr�as K.
