,;: . , _ �::�� A. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance A policy of comprehensive general liability insurance wntten on a per occurrence basis. The policy of insurance shall be in an amount not less than bodily injury limits of $1,000,000.00 per person, $2,000,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 products and completed operations, and property damage limits of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate. B. Pollution Legal Liability lnsurance A policy of pollution legal liability insurance written on a claims made bases shall be in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 per loss and $3,000,000.00 in the aggregate. Said policy shall remain in effect until five (5) years after the date of completion of this Agreement. The Contractor shall provide such evidence of insurance annually to the City, naming the City as an additional named insured, with regards to the Contractor's work under this Agreement. C. Worker's Compensation Insurance A policy of worker's compensation insurance in such amount as will fully comply with the laws of the State of California, and which shall indemnify, insure and provide legal defense for both the Contractor and the City against Ioss, claim or damage arising from any injuries or occupational diseases occurring to any worker employed by, or any persons retained by, the Contractor in the course of carrying out the work or services contemplated in this Agreement. D. Automotive Insurance Such vehicle liability insurance shall be written with a limit of � liability of not less than $500,000.00 for all damages arising out of bodily injury, inciuding sickness and death, at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any one person in any one occurrence, and limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000.00 aggregate for any such damages sustained by finro or more persons in any one occurrence. Such vehicle liability insurance shall be written with a limit of liability of not less than $500,0OO.OQ for alt damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the performance of the work under the Contract Documents and in any one occurrence, including explosion, collapse and underground exposure. E.
