Easement or land donations solicited by private groups such as the Conservancy; the County <br />cannot be involved in seeking such donations as you know; <br />3. Small donations from groups and individuals which collectively add up to a broad base of <br />support; and <br />4. Potential cost savings that may be developed out of the original project by reducing concrete <br />and fencing, etc. <br />As always, as we proceed forward, I welcome your comments and suggestions.
