There are various <br />reasons for these problems, however, the focus at this point must be directed toward an <br />immediate and p;:rmanent solution. <br />J <br />RECOP/F +MNDAUON <br />j <br />R=ommend,'that staff develop a comprehensive plan that would eradicate flooding and allow for:! <br />the removal .of the retention basin by June 199$: Development of such a comprehensive plan <br />must be coordinated. -and integrated with existing plans for Toad improvements and other <br />infrastructure improvements occurring throughout Colton's West End, including but not limited <br />to the following: <br />J <br />Analyze Storm Drain Problem / Recommend improvements <br />• Generate` Potential Solution Short/Lang Term <br />7 <br />• Funding Sources (City, County, State, and Federal) <br />Select Plan Solution <br />• implement Comprehensive Storm Drain Solutions . <br />17 <br />i <br />iL <br />DS:adf <br />
