RECOMMENDATION: <br />If Council concurs, staff requests <br />• Authorization to transfer the cost savings, in the amount of $144,518 from the 1996- <br />97 Pavement Rehabilitation - Gas Tax Fund to the C.D.B.G. Project 104-21705 <br />• To approve and authorize the re -allocation of Host City Fee Funds from the Fiscal <br />1996-97 Capital Improvement Budget (Agua Mansa -bide-la es in the amount of <br />$50, 000 to C. D B. G. Project 104-21605. <br />• To approve the budget amendment for the Fiscal 1996-97 Capital Improvement <br />Budget - Gas Tax Funds to C.D.B.G.
