R- 18-97 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />PRIORITIZING THE TYPES OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1997-98. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into <br />a Cooperation Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to <br />receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and <br />WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton anticipates <br />receiving $368,000 in Community DevelopmentBlock Grant funds for Fiscal <br />Year 1997-98; and h; <br />J <br />WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible <br />projects will be funded with CDBG funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton prioritizes projects and allocates CDBG funds for Fiscal Year <br />1 <br />1997-98 as listed in Attachment "A.", Aj <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18"' day of February, <br />1997. �J <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 ATTEST: <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />CAROLBARRERA <br />CITY CLERK <br />KARL E.
