AGENDA REPORT <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />For City Council Meeting of <br />March 18, 1,997 <br />Manch 13, 1997 <br />TO: MAYOR GAYTAN, CITY COUNCIL AND CITY MANAGER <br />FROM: Julie Hayward Biggs, City Atto <br />SUBJECT: Revisions to Manual of Procedure <br />As of today, I have not received comments from any member of the City Council <br />regarding changes that should be made to the City Council Manual of Procedures. This matter <br />should be discussed by the Council so that direction may be given to staff if any changes are to <br />be prepared for action by the City Council. It is my understanding that there are general clean- <br />up matters that need to be addressed and that some tighter limitations on the time for public <br />comment need to be prepared.
