CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For the Council Meeting of March 26, 1997 <br />To: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />From: Randy Anstine, Neighborhood Services Director(/ <br />Subject: Use of Fleming Park - Colton Calvary Chapel <br />Date: March 26, 1997 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Pastor Frank Hernandez of the Colton Calvary Chapel, 461 East "D" Street, has <br />requested to use Fleming Park for an Easter Sunrise Service on Easter Sunday, March <br />30, 1997. Staff has determined that no conflict exists with this proposed use. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. There is no anticipated costs associated with this use. The only use of City <br />personnel associated with this activity, would be the cleaning of the Park. The <br />maintenance of the Park should be done on a regular basis. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the use of Fleming Park for the Easter Sunrise <br />Service, based upon Colton Calvary Chapel providing all the necessary insurance <br />documentation. <br />ITEM NO. 1 <br />
